  • Where is Flower walls of Columbus located?
    We are located in Columbus, Ohio and service the City, OH area.
  • What is your delivery area?
    Because of the size and custom nature of our Flower Walls we can only deliver the wall to your location. Up to 50 miles from Powell Ohio is $100. Delivery outside the 50 miles may still be available at an additional fee. The Flower Wall will be transported and delivered, full installed and set up at your venue. We will collect the Flower Wall as agreed upon within the contract. You just relax and enjoy your day!
  • How far in advance should we book?
    If you love it, reserve it as soon as possible. We are a small company and are limited in the amount of events we can do each week. We are booking events up to a year in advance but most request come in 3-6 months prior to the event. A 25% deposit with a signed contract is necessary to hold your date. The balance of your invoice will be due 30 days prior to your event date. For custom work, we need at least 3 months notice and a 50% deposit is due at reserving your date. However don't hesitate with a last minute request. We are excited to be part of your special event.
  • How do we pay?
    After you agree to the terms, I will email you an invoice and you will be able to pay your deposit through Honeybook with your credit card.
  • Are we able to customize our colors and flowers?
    Yes! Custom requests are welcome. Depending on the custom work, there may be an additional fee. Please contact us with your ideas and email us pictures.
  • What if my event is postponed?
    We have you covered! Your non refundable deposit will be transfered to your future date without any extra charges.
